作者簡介

  John E.Hopcroft于斯坦福大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)為康奈爾大學(xué)計算機(jī)科學(xué)系教授。1994年到2001年,任康奈爾大學(xué)工程學(xué)院院長。他是1986年圖靈獎獲得者。他的研究興趣集中在計算理論方面,尤其是算法分析、自動機(jī)理論等。
