大仲馬Alexandre Dumas pere(1802-1870)法國(guó)19世紀(jì)最多產(chǎn)、最受民眾喜愛(ài)的作家之一,享有“通俗小說(shuō)之王”的稱(chēng)號(hào)。他以戲劇創(chuàng)作開(kāi)始文學(xué)生涯,后又撰寫(xiě)歷史小說(shuō),獲得盛譽(yù)。最著名的作品有《三個(gè)火槍手》(The ThreeMusketeers)、《基督山伯爵》(The Count of Montecrtsto)和《黑色郁金香》(The Black Tulip)等。他的小說(shuō)已被譯成包括中文在內(nèi)的多種文字出版,有的還被改編成劇本、拍攝成電影。他的作品在法國(guó)和世界文學(xué)史上占有重要的地位。
