　　伴隨著社會主義市場經濟的發(fā)展，我國職業(yè)技術教育進入一個嶄新的發(fā)展階段。近年來，招生數(shù)量的增加、社會需求的新標準，對職業(yè)技術教育教學提出了新的、更大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了推進高職、中職教育專業(yè)和課程改革，加強教材建設，我們組織編寫了這套“21世紀職業(yè)技術教育規(guī)劃教材”。職業(yè)技術教育是就業(yè)教育，目的是將人力資源變成人力資本。我們在組織編寫這套教材時，以明確的職業(yè)導向作為編寫理念，將先進的知識觀、發(fā)展觀和人文教育觀融于一體，在指導思想上注重處理好教材編寫中理論與實踐、深度與廣度、難度與易度、傳統(tǒng)與創(chuàng)新、利教與利學、知識傳授和技能培養(yǎng)等六個方面的關系。力求通過本套教材的編寫，努力為職業(yè)技術教育教學改革服務，為培養(yǎng)社會急需的優(yōu)秀初、中級技術型應用人才服務。在遴選教材參編人員時，我們貫徹了三方人員結合的原則，即以職業(yè)院校具有一線教學豐富實踐經驗和教材編寫經驗的優(yōu)秀教師為主，高校教師和企業(yè)界人員共同參與，優(yōu)先選擇重點專業(yè)、精品課程，力求編寫出具有時代特色的精品職教教材。
