國(guó)際金融安全的中國(guó)方案

　　“全球治理的中國(guó)方案”叢書(shū)（中、英文版），全面、深入地向國(guó)際社會(huì)闡釋中國(guó)的全球治理觀，展現(xiàn)中國(guó)作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó)，積極參與全球治理，努力為全球治理貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)主張、中國(guó)智慧、中國(guó)方案，并以踏實(shí)穩(wěn)健的步伐，推動(dòng)構(gòu)建合作共贏、公正合理的全球治理體系和治理機(jī)制。 作為整體安全的重要組成部分，金融安全隨時(shí)代發(fā)展上升為國(guó)際命題。在過(guò)去40年的時(shí)間里，中國(guó)金融走出了一條不同于西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的新路，不但有效維護(hù)了國(guó)內(nèi)金融安全與穩(wěn)定，還對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)起到了積極作用。站在全球發(fā)展的新時(shí)代，中國(guó)將以更加積極的態(tài)度投入全球治理體系改革中，在尊重文化差異和不同利益訴求的基礎(chǔ)上，為構(gòu)建公平、高效的國(guó)際金融體系貢獻(xiàn)中國(guó)智慧。 Driven by fast industrial developments and advancements in science and technology over the past few decades， global finance has become more powerful than ever before. However， the 2008 global financial crisis and its decade-long aftermath have brought the issue of financial security to the foreground， making it an indispensable part of global governance. In China and International Financial Security， the author analyzes the predicament of the current financial governance system， and stresses the world’s urgent needs for mutually-beneficial economic cooperation， enhanced regulatory systems， structural reforms in governance， and improvements in the global currency system. More importantly， this book also discusses China’s approaches to global financial security— seeking shared development， building a community with a shared future for mankind， and working toward a just and equal-footed global financial system.

　　張紅力，清華大學(xué)五道口金融學(xué)院、中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)兼職教授，第十屆、第十一屆、第十二屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員，出版《金融與國(guó)家安全》《中國(guó)金融與全球治理》《紅色金融》等系列專著，撰寫(xiě)《金融安全與國(guó)家利益》《“金融+”與價(jià)值觀安全》《國(guó)際金融的全球治理與中國(guó)貢獻(xiàn)》《金融引領(lǐng)與一帶一路》等數(shù)十篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。 ZHANG Hongli is a professor teaching at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the PBC School of Finance， Tsinghua University. Zhang is the author of Finance and National Security， Chinese Finance and Global Governance， and Red Finance. He has also published dozens of scholarly articles including “Financial Security and National Interest，” “Finance Plus and Values Safety，” “Global Governance of International Finance and China’s Contribution，” and “The Finance-Led Belt and Road.”
