中國與拉美：軟實力視域下的人文交流（西）

　　本書著重從認知和實踐兩個方面考察推動中拉關系可持續(xù)發(fā)展的嶄新路徑：人文進路。就認知而言，本書探討了中國和拉美之間的相互認知，特別是拉美如何看待中國的崛起及其對拉美的影響，以及在此背景下中拉如何加深相互認識。就實踐而言，本書探討了特別是21世紀以來中拉雙方在各領域的交流現(xiàn)狀（涉及政府、企業(yè)和民間在官方對話機制、專業(yè)論壇、人民團體、企業(yè)責任、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、媒體、教育、青年、藝術、體育、旅游、出版、學術等諸多方面），分析了其中存在的一些問題并就如何優(yōu)化和改進雙方的交流提出意見和建議。本書既是對中拉雙方人文交流狀況的系統(tǒng)梳理和總結，同時又面向未來、在對中國對拉美“魅力攻勢”不足進行反思的基礎上提出了增強中國在拉美的國家形象的政策建議。因此，本書對于下一個階段中國向拉美講好中國故事，特別是中拉友好故事，促進中拉民心相通，從而進一步提升中國在拉美的國家形象都具有重要意義。這是本書的政策意義、實踐意義和社會意義的核心所在。 Mainly on cognitive and practical aspects， this book studies a new road to promote the sustainable development of China-Latin America relation， that is， humanities exchange. As for the cognitive aspect， this book studies the mutual recognition between China and Latin America. As for the practical aspect， this book discusses especially since the 21st century the condition of bilateral communication in various fields （which involves government， the official dialogue mechanism between enterprises and people， professional forum， the group of people， the principle of enterprises， culture industry， media， education， teenager， art， physical education， tourism， publishing industry， science and so on.） and analyzes some of the problems and comes up with some suggestions to optimize and improve the bilateral communication. This book is not only the systematic review and summary， but also faces the future， puts forward policy recommendations on the basis of reviewing the insufficiency of China’s “charm offensive” in Latin America， to enhance China’s national image in Latin America. Therefore， this book makes sense in telling well the Chinese stories to Latin America， especially the friendly China-Latin America stories， to promote the people-to-people bond between China and Latin America， thereby further enhancing China’s national image in Latin America. This is the core of the policy， practical and social significance of this book.

　　張凡：博士生導師，中國社科院拉美研究所研究員，研究領域為拉丁美洲政治與國際關系、巴西政治與外交。 郭存海，博士、副研究員、中國社會科學院拉丁美洲研究所社會文化研究室主任、阿根廷研究中心執(zhí)行主任，中國社會科學院大學國際關系學院副教授。曾出訪拉美多國，發(fā)表論文40余篇，譯著5部，主編著作10部（中文版和西班牙語版）。目前主要研究拉美社會和文化問題。 羅慧玲，女，于西班牙康普頓斯大學獲博士學位，現(xiàn)為康普頓斯大學講師，主授“現(xiàn)當代中國文化”“中國－西班牙政治及文化交流導論”“中－西翻譯理論與實踐”等課程。主要研究領域為中國與西語國家交流史、海外漢學研究及東亞研究等。長期從事中國文化在西語國家的譯介與傳播工作。
