　　為紀(jì)念中華人民共和國(guó)成立70周年，2019年11月5日至6日，第二屆虹橋靠前經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇特設(shè)“70年中國(guó)發(fā)展與人類命運(yùn)共同體”分論壇，來(lái)自100多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的智庫(kù)界、媒體界400余位中外智庫(kù)媒體代表出席論壇，圍繞70年中國(guó)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其世界意義進(jìn)行了對(duì)話交流，深入探討了各國(guó)共建人類命運(yùn)共同體的路徑和方式，達(dá)成廣泛共識(shí)。各國(guó)智庫(kù)和媒體以本次論壇為契機(jī)，拓展交流平臺(tái)，構(gòu)建合作機(jī)制，圍繞關(guān)乎人類命運(yùn)的發(fā)展和治理議題，開(kāi)展更廣泛、更深入的對(duì)話研討，推動(dòng)治國(guó)理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流，促進(jìn)不同文明互學(xué)互鑒，為推動(dòng)構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體貢獻(xiàn)智慧和力量。中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院國(guó)家優(yōu)選戰(zhàn)略智庫(kù)匯集此次進(jìn)博會(huì)專題分論壇研討成果，邀請(qǐng)中外專家進(jìn)一步深化研究，形成本聯(lián)合報(bào)告，以中英文版本同時(shí)出版。本書(shū)為英文版。

作者簡(jiǎn)介

　　王靈桂，男，山東諸城人，法學(xué)博士，研究員。畢業(yè)于北京外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)阿拉伯語(yǔ)系。現(xiàn)為中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院信息與情報(bào)研究院黨委書(shū)記、院長(zhǎng)。曾任亞太與優(yōu)選戰(zhàn)略研究院書(shū)記、當(dāng)代中國(guó)王靈桂，男，1967年11月生，山東諸城人。現(xiàn)為中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院信息情報(bào)研究院黨委書(shū)記、院長(zhǎng)、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。兼任中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院國(guó)家優(yōu)選戰(zhàn)略智庫(kù)首席專家、常務(wù)副理事長(zhǎng)兼秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)、研究員。主要研究方向是“一帶一路”、優(yōu)選戰(zhàn)略、反恐研究、伊斯蘭教研究、中東問(wèn)題研究、港澳問(wèn)題研究等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。任職期間，共計(jì)發(fā)表500余篇（部）作品，約計(jì)1800萬(wàn)字，其中部分研究成果分別榮獲社科院對(duì)策研究特等獎(jiǎng)、一等獎(jiǎng)等；獲國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心一等獎(jiǎng)5次。曾任多個(gè)重要項(xiàng)目的首席專家，并在國(guó)家重要政府部門(mén)中擔(dān)任學(xué)術(shù)兼職。出版30余部與“一帶一路”有關(guān)的專著、研究報(bào)告等，并被商務(wù)部聘請(qǐng)為“一帶一路”咨詢委員會(huì)成員、工商聯(lián)“一帶一路”靠前合作委員會(huì)專家。
