作者簡介

　　周明，畢業(yè)于中南財經政法大學，法學和金融綜合學科背景，法商專著《為幸福規(guī)劃財富》作者。現(xiàn)為北京市天元（武漢）律師事務所部門主任律師，中南財經政法大學武漢校友會常務理事，人和股權、家一律師等法律平臺首席法律顧問。曾先后就職于湖北省委組織部（選調生）、湖北乾坤律師事務所、北京浩天律師事務所。曾被第十四屆亞洲私人銀行與家族辦公室峰會授予“優(yōu)秀家族財富保全與傳承設計”大獎，多次應邀在長江證券總部、交通銀行總部等上市公司講課。長期為企業(yè)家群體提供股權、收并購、家事與財富等復合型專業(yè)法律服務，在投行法律方向積累深厚，常有洞見。擅長與項目專家、投行專家、金融專家和財稅專家協(xié)同處理企業(yè)家相關的疑難法律問題。
