本教材是高職院校學(xué)生了解跨境電商、學(xué)習(xí)跨境電商相關(guān)的行業(yè)用語、提高跨境電商英語溝通能力的基礎(chǔ)教材。本教材結(jié)構(gòu)明了,清晰易懂。采用校企雙元合作開發(fā)模式,共分為五個單元。Unit 1是 Overview of Cross-border E-commerce,介紹了跨境電商的概念、特點(diǎn)、意義和發(fā)展前景等;Unit 2是Introduction to Main Cross-border E-commerce Platforms,介紹了主要的跨境電商平臺;Unit 3是Pre-sale Services of Cross-border E-commerce,介紹了跨境電商售前服務(wù);Unit 4是On-sale Services of Cross-border E-commerce,介紹了跨境電商售中服務(wù);Unit 5是 After-sales Services of Cross-border E-commerce,介紹了跨境電商售后服務(wù)。
