作者簡介

　　王鐳，中國社會科學院國際合作局局長。于荷蘭社會科學研究院（ISS）獲公共政策與管理學碩士學位、中國社會科學院研究生院獲經(jīng)濟學博士學位?，F(xiàn)為中國人民對外友好協(xié)會理事、中國歐洲學會理事、中國社會科學院絲綢之路研究院執(zhí)行院長。曾在荷蘭蒂爾堡大學法律系、比利時魯汶大學歐洲稅收學院從事歐洲經(jīng)濟一體化背景下的歐洲稅收協(xié)調(diào)、WTO稅收相關規(guī)則的研究。研究領域涉及投資、貿(mào)易、稅收問題。
