二六、《春朝》一律并任楊二君和詩

（五月卅一日）

春色撩人，何可伏案不窺園也！邇來頗悟天地之間，何一非學(xué)，何必讀書然后為學(xué)耶？古人樂天任天之旨，盡可玩味。吾向不知春之可愛，吾愛秋甚于春也。今年忽愛春日甚篤，覺春亦甚厚我，一景一物，無不怡悅神性，豈吾前此枯寂冷淡之心腸，遂為吾樂觀主義所熱耶？今晨作一詩，書此為之序。

葉香清不厭，鳥語韻無囂。柳絮隨風(fēng)舞，榆錢作雨飄。

何須乞糟粕，即此是醇醪。天地有真趣，會心殊未遙。

試以此詩譯為英文。余作英文詩甚少，記誦亦寡，故不能佳，然亦一時(shí)雅事，故記之。其詞云：

Amidst the fragrance of the leaves comes Spring,

When tunefully the sweet birds sing,

And on the winds oft fly the willow-flowers,

And fast the elm-seeds fall in showers.

Oh! Leave the "ancients' dregs" however fine,

And learn that here is Nature's wine!

Drink deeply, and her beauty contemplate,

Now that Spring's here and will not wait.

叔永和《春朝》一律：

侵晨入古校，靜境絕塵囂。隔樹疏鐘出，當(dāng)樓一幟飄。

鳥歌答圣唱，花氣誤村醪。欲問山中客，芳菲望轉(zhuǎn)遙。

杏佛亦和一律：

山路蔽蒼翠，春深百鳥囂。泉鳴塵意寂，日暖草香飄。

欲笑陶彭澤，忘憂藉濁醪。棲心若流水，世累自相遙。
