　　失語癥是神經(jīng)語言學研究中的重要內(nèi)容。自二戰(zhàn)后，失語癥的語法障礙研究在理論和方法方面成果豐碩，但同時也存在理論分歧和研究結果矛盾的問題。同時，漢語失語癥的語言學研究基礎比較薄弱，尚不確定失語程度對失語癥患者語法的影響，也不確定失語癥患者在語言康復過程中的語法變化?！禙unctional Category Deficits of Chinese Speakers with Agrammatic Aphasia （漢語語法缺失型失語癥患者功能語類障礙研究）》系統(tǒng)梳理了漢語失語癥語法障礙的理論和實證研究成果，設計了共時群組研究和歷時追蹤個案研究，以觀察漢語布洛卡失語癥患者功能語類的產(chǎn)出及康復過程。結果顯示，句法樹中的AspP/TP層級受損程度較輕，較高層級的CP及較低層級的vP受損嚴重，其中vP受損*重?，F(xiàn)有假設無法完全解釋研究結果，因此，《Functional Category Deficits of Chinese Speakers with Agrammatic Aphasia （漢語語法缺失型失語癥患者功能語類障礙研究）》基于語段理論提出新假設，認為vP語段推導問題是根本原因。
